Task
Collaborating in teams, each group created and developed a digital model that combines two types of geometries having two distinct structural and material systems, resulting in one new spatial object.
The goal is for students to gain a deeper understanding of 3D digital modeling and fabrication tools in relation to geometry and contrasting physical properties. Each group built a physical model detail of their misfit geometries and connections, using digital modeling and fabrication techniques.
